Description
A delicious and elegant meal combining rich flavors of lobster with garlic, feta cheese, and fresh herbs stuffed into giant pasta shells.
Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add chopped lobster meat and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
- Stir in feta cheese, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These stuffed shells are best served warm, either fresh out of the oven or reheated. They can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
