Description

A delicious and elegant meal combining rich flavors of lobster with garlic, feta cheese, and fresh herbs stuffed into giant pasta shells.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped lobster meat and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
  5. Stir in feta cheese, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These stuffed shells are best served warm, either fresh out of the oven or reheated. They can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
