- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup creamy Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
- Pour in the creamy Italian dressing and toss until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
