Ingredients

- 500g minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped bell pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes, turning until all sides are golden brown.
- In a separate pot, combine heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the browned meatballs into the cream sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped bell pepper or herbs if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Adjust spices to taste.
