- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved horizontally
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko or seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dredge the chicken cutlets in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip each cutlet in beaten eggs, coating it well.
- Coat the chicken with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried oregano.
- Place the coated chicken cutlets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
