- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Boursin cheese
- Garlic, minced
- Fine herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, oregano, and cumin.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish.
- Spread a layer of Boursin cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and fine herbs over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of vegetables or a salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the seasoned chicken marinate for 30 minutes before cooking. You can add your favorite vegetables to the baking dish during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
