- 1 large flatbread, naan, or thin pizza crust
- 1 cup broccoli florets (blanched or steamed)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes or sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to flatbread or pizza crust instructions.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the blanched or steamed broccoli florets and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the flatbread.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes or sea salt if desired.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the flatbread is crispy and the veggies are slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat in the oven for optimal crispiness.
