Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, sliced into thick steaks (about 1-inch thick)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegan creamy sauce (cashew cream, tahini dressing, or vegan ranch)
  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese (or regular cheese like mozzarella or parmesan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and drizzle the vegan creamy sauce over the cabbage steaks.
  5. Sprinkle the vegan shredded cheese on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes
