Description
A comforting sandwich filled with juicy meatballs, rich marinara sauce, and gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner.

- 1 lb cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls or sub buns
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, simmer the meatballs in marinara sauce over medium-low heat for 10–15 minutes.
- Lightly butter the inside of each hoagie roll and toast them in a skillet or oven until golden.
- Place 3–4 meatballs in each toasted roll. Spoon extra marinara sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and broil for 1–2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For the best flavor, use homemade marinara sauce; red pepper flakes can be added for extra heat.
