Description
A delicious twist on traditional pizza, this Meat Lovers Pizza Bread is packed with meats and gooey cheese, all stuffed in crispy bread.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf Italian or French bread (unsliced)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, parsley)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the bread lengthwise into deep slices without cutting all the way through.
- Spoon marinara sauce into the slices, then stuff with sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it all over the top of the bread.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and dried herbs.
- Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and broil for 3–5 minutes until golden, bubbly, and crispy on top.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different meats or add veggies for a bit of crunch.
