Description

A delicious twist on traditional pizza, this Meat Lovers Pizza Bread is packed with meats and gooey cheese, all stuffed in crispy bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread (unsliced)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the bread lengthwise into deep slices without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spoon marinara sauce into the slices, then stuff with sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it all over the top of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and dried herbs.
  6. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Uncover and broil for 3–5 minutes until golden, bubbly, and crispy on top.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different meats or add veggies for a bit of crunch.
