Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare the vegetables for roasting. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast until tender.
- Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers, then mix them together in a bowl for the garden salad.
- Prepare the Texas Roadhouse rolls according to package instructions.
- Mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise, mustard, and diced celery to make the tuna salad.
- Cook the rice as directed, then stir-fry it with cooked chicken and assorted vegetables, adding soy sauce to taste for the chicken fried rice.
- Cook the macaroni, then mix it with mayonnaise and diced pickles to prepare the macaroni salad.
- Serve all components in meal prep containers, separately or mixed, with Texas Roadhouse rolls on the side.
