Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberries
  • Edible flowers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk, water, flour, and matcha powder until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of the batter to form thin crepes. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
  3. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  4. Layer the crepes with whipped cream and strawberries in between.
  5. Top with more whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and edible flowers.
  6. Chill before serving.
