- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- Whipped cream
- Strawberries
- Edible flowers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the milk, water, flour, and matcha powder until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of the batter to form thin crepes. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
- Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Layer the crepes with whipped cream and strawberries in between.
- Top with more whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and edible flowers.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
Ensure crepes are thin for the best texture. Allow to cool completely before layering.
