Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz/400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Your favorite toppings or mix-ins (e.g., crushed cookies, sprinkles, chocolate chips, fruit)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Stir in your favorite toppings or mix-ins.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a freezer-safe container, cover it, and freeze for about 4-6 hours.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. If it hardens too much, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
