- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the glaze over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for the best flavor. Adjust the glaze sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Don’t overbake; the salmon should be moist.
