Delightful cookies filled with sweet marmalade for a burst of flavor in every bite.
Ingredients

- 125 g margarine or butter (room temperature)
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 package vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Marmalade (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the margarine or butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in the vanilla and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each cookie and fill with marmalade.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Best served with powdered sugar dusting and pairs wonderfully with tea or coffee. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
