Description

Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
  5. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
