- 1 flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve and enjoy!
