- 180 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 eggs (size M)
- 280 g all-purpose flour (Type 405)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 70 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (about 20 g)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for cocoa mixture)
- 1 tablespoon flour (for greasing the pan)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

- In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this to the batter, alternating with the milk until combined.
- Transfer one-third of the vanilla batter to a separate bowl. Mix the cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and additional milk until smooth; stir this into the reserved batter.
- Spoon half of the vanilla batter into the loaf pan, followed by half of the chocolate batter. Repeat with the remaining batters.
- Use a fork to swirl the batter together for a marbled effect and smooth the top.
