A tropical twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining fresh mango and passionfruit with creamy mascarpone and whipped cream.

- 1 cup mango puree
- 1 cup passionfruit pulp
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Fresh mango slices for garnish
- Passionfruit seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the mango puree and passionfruit pulp.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a third bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the mango-passionfruit mixture, coating each side lightly.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the process with another layer of soaked cookies and mascarpone mixture until all ingredients are used.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or ideally overnight.
- Garnish the tiramisu with fresh mango slices and passionfruit seeds before serving.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor in the puree. For added texture, sprinkle crushed nuts or coconut flakes between the layers. Letting it sit enhances the flavors.
