Description

A delightful and creamy Filipino dessert made with layers of sweet mangoes, fluffy cream, and crunchy graham crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 ripe mangoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 packs (200g each) graham crackers
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream (chilled)
  • 1 can (300ml) condensed milk (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the chilled all-purpose cream until light and fluffy. Gradually fold in the condensed milk and mix until fully combined. Set aside.
  2. In a rectangular dish (8×8 or 9×13), layer graham crackers to cover the bottom. Spread a generous amount of the cream mixture evenly over the crackers. Add a layer of thinly sliced mangoes.
  3. Repeat the process: graham crackers, cream mixture, and mango slices. Continue until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with a cream layer on top.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top layer for a decorative finish. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240-360 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  5. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Use super ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor. Alphonso or Carabao mangoes work perfectly.
