Description

Delightful soft cookies filled with rich dulce de leche, perfect for coffee breaks or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g of cornstarch
  • 100 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g of condensed milk
  • Dulce de leche to taste (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and prepare a tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, and butter to form a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the egg and condensed milk to the mixture, and mix until you get a soft and manageable dough.
  4. Make small balls of dough and place them on the tray with space between them.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they are slightly golden at the base.
  6. Let the cookies cool, then join two cookies with a generous layer of dulce de leche in the center.
