- 200 g of cornstarch
- 100 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of butter (at room temperature)
- 1 egg
- 200 g of condensed milk
- Dulce de leche to taste (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and prepare a tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, and butter to form a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the egg and condensed milk to the mixture, and mix until you get a soft and manageable dough.
- Make small balls of dough and place them on the tray with space between them.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they are slightly golden at the base.
- Let the cookies cool, then join two cookies with a generous layer of dulce de leche in the center.
