A delightful no-bake dessert that combines a creamy filling with colorful presentation, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled
  • 68 drops food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Divide the filling into 6 bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl to create the layers.
  5. Spoon each colored layer into the cooled crust, starting with purple and ending with red, and gently swirl the colors.
  6. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors and try adding a teaspoon of almond extract or lemon zest for extra flavor.
