A visually stunning dessert with three layers of smooth chocolate mousse made from dark, milk, and white chocolate. Perfect for special occasions or satisfying chocolate cravings.

- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream, divided
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- Chocolate shavings
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
- Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly. Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Heat the other 1/2 cup of cream with sugar. Mix melted chocolate with warm cream mixture and fold in whipped cream. Spread over the chilled base and refrigerate.
- Repeat the process with milk chocolate and 1 cup heavy cream for the second layer, refrigerate.
- Repeat the process with white chocolate and 1 cup heavy cream for the final layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings for decoration before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and make sure to chill each layer before adding the next.
