- 4 eggs

- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, and baking powder until well combined.
- Spread the batter evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is set.
- While the cake is still warm, roll it up with a clean kitchen towel.
- Once rolled, carefully unroll the cake and spread with caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans.
- Re-roll the cake tightly and chill it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, drizzle with more caramel sauce.
