- 1 (10-ounce) package cauliflower rice (thawed)
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (preferably low-sugar)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the thawed cauliflower rice. Shape it into a pizza crust on a greased sheet pan.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower rice before shaping the crust for better texture. Customize with your favorite toppings.
