- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing and grated Parmesan cheese. Spread the sauce evenly over the seared chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan, shredded provolone, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and mayonnaise, mixing until crumbly.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Sprinkle the parmesan crust mixture over the sauced chicken and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Notes
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking to keep it juicy. For extra crunch, add additional panko breadcrumbs on top before baking.
