  • 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp pico de gallo (fresh salsa)
  • 23 tbsp guacamole (avocado, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for chicken)
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season & Grill That Chicken: Rub the chicken with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear it until golden and juicy.
  2. Get Your Base Right: Scoop warm white rice or cilantro-lime rice into your bowl.
  3. Layer Like a Pro: Add rows of corn, black beans, chopped romaine, and chopped grilled chicken.
  4. Top With Guac & Salsa: Drop guacamole in the center and spoon on fresh pico de gallo.
