  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Fries: Bake or fry French fries until crispy and golden. Season with salt.
  2. Melt Cheese: Transfer fries to an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
