- 1 medium russet potato, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or melty cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp relish or chopped pickles
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Toss diced potatoes in olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Chill until you’re ready to serve.
- Start with a layer of lettuce, add the roasted potatoes, seasoned beef, diced tomato, and pickles. Drizzle with cheese and the special sauce. Top with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
