Description

A hearty dish combining baked potatoes with savory steak, shrimp, and chicken, topped with cheddar cheese sauce and ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 lb steak, cubed (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prick the potatoes with a fork and bake for 50–60 minutes until tender.
  2. Season the steak, shrimp, and chicken separately with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear each protein until fully cooked.
  3. Cut open the baked potatoes and gently fluff the insides with a fork to create a space for your toppings.
  4. Pile on the cooked steak, shrimp, and chicken. Drizzle warm cheddar cheese sauce and ranch dressing over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and an extra dash of paprika for flavor and color.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings or sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
