- 2 cups elbow macaroni (or small pasta)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Mix cooked pasta, beef, half of the bacon, Alfredo sauce, and half of the cheeses.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding burger toppings like diced tomatoes or pickles. You can also make a lighter version using whole wheat pasta and low-fat cheese.
