Description

A delightful dish that combines creamy Alfredo sauce with savory loaded cheeseburger flavors, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni (or cavatappi)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or white cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar (plus extra for topping)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Remove excess grease.
  3. In the same pan, add butter and heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  4. Add cooked pasta and beef to the sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with extra cheddar and crumbled bacon. Cover for 1–2 minutes to melt cheese, or broil briefly for a bubbly top.

Notes

Make sure to cook your beef until fully browned for the best flavor. For a saucier pasta, add more heavy cream.
