A delightful twist on classic Tiramisu with bright lemon flavor, creamy texture, and invigorating coffee.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Limoncello liqueur
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the Limoncello into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and then into the Limoncello, making sure not to soak them too long.
- In a 9×9 inch dish, arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle half of the lemon zest on top.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and lemon zest.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint.

Best enjoyed within the first couple of days for optimal taste and texture.
