- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced (for carrots)
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 tsp olive oil (for green beans)

Instructions
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add the sliced carrots, season with salt, and cook for 8–10 minutes until they are golden and tender.
- In another pan, heat the olive oil, add the minced garlic and green beans. Cook for 6–8 minutes until they are blistered and slightly tender.
- Slice the chicken and arrange it on a plate with the sautéed carrots and green beans. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a couple of hours before cooking. Adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of the chicken breast.
