- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 medium potato, cubed

Instructions
- Season the tilapia fillets with minced garlic, lime juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-sear the seasoned tilapia for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
- Meanwhile, steam the broccoli, carrots, and potato until they are fork-tender. You can add a pinch of salt or some garlic butter to add extra flavor.
- Serve the tilapia alongside the colorful steamed veggies. Garnish with lime slices for a fresh touch.
- Optional: Drizzle a bit of olive oil, sprinkle some chili flakes, or add fresh parsley before serving.
