Instructions

  1. Season the tilapia fillets with minced garlic, lime juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-sear the seasoned tilapia for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
  3. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli, carrots, and potato until they are fork-tender. You can add a pinch of salt or some garlic butter to add extra flavor.
  4. Serve the tilapia alongside the colorful steamed veggies. Garnish with lime slices for a fresh touch.
  5. Optional: Drizzle a bit of olive oil, sprinkle some chili flakes, or add fresh parsley before serving.
