Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Savory Parmesan Linguine

Description

A delicious and comforting dish combining tender chicken with rich, creamy pasta, brightened with lemon and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with lemon zest, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Return the chicken to the pan, toss to coat, and cook for another minute.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a separate skillet or pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Plate the creamy linguine and top with the lemon garlic chicken bites. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken. Feel free to adjust the garlic and lemon according to your taste.
