Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
- Beat the mixture on high using a mixer for about 3 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
- Add the lemon curd and gently stir until well incorporated.
- Divide the mousse into ramekins or parfait glasses.
- Refrigerate the mousse until you’re ready to serve.
