Ingredients

- 8 medium lemons (juiced)
- 1 can of evaporated milk (381 ml)
- 1/2 can of condensed milk (200 g)
- 1 can of half-cream (225 g)
- 2 packages of Maria cookies (400 g)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from the 8 lemons and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and half-cream. Gradually mix in the lemon juice until the mixture thickens.
- In a refractory mold, place a layer of Maria cookies, followed by a layer of lemon cream. Repeat the process until you finish with a layer of cream.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight for the best results.
- Before serving, sprinkle cinnamon on the top layer and optionally decorate with rose-shaped lemon peel.
Notes
For a stronger lemon flavor, feel free to add more lemon juice. Ensure that the lemons are fresh for the best taste.
