Description

A refreshing and creamy dessert combining the vibrant taste of lemons with crunchy Maria cookies, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 medium lemons (juiced)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (381 ml)
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk (200 g)
  • 1 can of half-cream (225 g)
  • 2 packages of Maria cookies (400 g)
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice from the 8 lemons and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and half-cream. Gradually mix in the lemon juice until the mixture thickens.
  3. In a refractory mold, place a layer of Maria cookies, followed by a layer of lemon cream. Repeat the process until you finish with a layer of cream.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight for the best results.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle cinnamon on the top layer and optionally decorate with rose-shaped lemon peel.

Notes

For a stronger lemon flavor, feel free to add more lemon juice. Ensure that the lemons are fresh for the best taste.
