- 8 medium lemons (juice)
- 1 can of evaporated milk (381 ml)
- 1/2 can of condensed milk (200 g)
- 1 can half-cream (225 g)
- 2 packages of Maria cookies (400 g)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemons to obtain juice.
- In a bowl, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, and half cream. Gradually add lemon juice, mixing until it thickens.
- In a refractory mold, place a layer of Maria cookies followed by a layer of lemon cream. Repeat the process, ending with a layer of cream.
- Freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on the final layer and decorate with rose-shaped lemon peel before serving.
Notes
Use fresh lemons for the best flavor. Adjust the amount of condensed milk for a sweeter dessert. Chilling overnight enhances flavor melding.
