Description

A delightful dish of juicy salmon, crispy potatoes, and tender broccoli, packed with flavor and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (56 oz each), skin-on or skinless
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb small potatoes (halved)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the potatoes and broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Place salmon fillets on top of the veggies, drizzle with the garlic butter mixture, and top with lemon slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
