- 1 medium sweet potato, baked
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed or sautéed
- 1 chicken breast, chopped

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Garlic powder, to taste

- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Pierce the sweet potato all over, then bake at 400°F (204°C) for 45-50 minutes until soft.
- Lightly steam or sauté the broccoli with olive oil and salt.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped chicken breast in olive oil until golden brown, then add butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is juicy.
- Assemble the power plate with the baked sweet potato, steamed or sautéed broccoli, and lemon butter chicken.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or chili flakes.
Notes
Pierce sweet potato well for even cooking. Adjust seasonings to taste. For quicker prep, use pre-cooked chicken.
