Description

A quick and easy crustless quiche packed with wholesome ingredients, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (seeded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour the egg mixture into it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Great to use with leftover vegetables. Can be customized with different cheeses or vegetables.
