- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (seeded)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, and diced tomatoes.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the egg mixture into it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
