A refreshing and colorful salad showcasing a variety of fresh fruits, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 2 cups of blueberries
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 2 cups of peeled and sliced kiwi
- 2 cups of peeled and segmented mandarin oranges
- 2 cups of sliced bananas
- 2 cups of diced pineapple
- 2 cups of halved grapes
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom.
- Add the blueberries on top of the strawberries.
- Continue layering with raspberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, bananas, pineapple, and grapes.
- Once all the layers are added, sprinkle the fresh mint leaves on top.
- If desired, drizzle with honey and serve with vanilla yogurt on the side.
Notes
Best served in a clear bowl to showcase the layers. Can be customized with different fruits or nuts.
