A refreshing and colorful salad showcasing a variety of fresh fruits, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 2 cups of peeled and sliced kiwi
  • 2 cups of peeled and segmented mandarin oranges
  • 2 cups of sliced bananas
  • 2 cups of diced pineapple
  • 2 cups of halved grapes
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom.
  2. Add the blueberries on top of the strawberries.
  3. Continue layering with raspberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, bananas, pineapple, and grapes.
  4. Once all the layers are added, sprinkle the fresh mint leaves on top.
  5. If desired, drizzle with honey and serve with vanilla yogurt on the side.

Notes

Best served in a clear bowl to showcase the layers. Can be customized with different fruits or nuts.
