- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until browned. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger.
- Stir in soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns for a soft yet crispy bite.
- Spoon the Korean beef mixture onto the buns and top with chopped green onions.
- Enjoy warm with a side of pickled veggies or fries!
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean ground beef. Adjust the gochujang to control spice levels. You can add veggies like bell peppers or carrots for extra nutrition.
