A delicious twist on traditional meatballs, packed with flavor and a spicy kick, perfect for dinner or as a party appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix everything well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and a pinch of sugar in a small bowl.
- Once the meatballs are done, drizzle the spicy mayo sauce over them or serve it on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
