Delicious and easy-to-make Korean BBQ meatballs paired with a zesty and spicy dipping sauce.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, grated ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for 18–20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo sauce by combining mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and a pinch of sugar in a small bowl.
- Once the meatballs are done, drizzle the spicy mayo sauce over them or serve it on the side.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes before forming the meatballs. You can use ground turkey or chicken for a healthier alternative.
