A delightful festive dessert combining chocolate and hazelnut flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g Kinder Bueno chocolate
- 400 ml full-fat liquid cream
- 50 g icing sugar
- Kinder Bueno bars (for decoration)
- Melted chocolate (for covering)
- Crushed hazelnuts (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a rectangular baking mold with baking paper.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume. Add sifted flour and baking powder, then gently mix.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool.
- Melt the Kinder Bueno chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Whip the cream with icing sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in the melted chocolate.
- Spread the cream on the cooled sponge cake and roll it into a log shape.
- Cover with melted chocolate and garnish with pieces of Kinder Bueno and crushed hazelnuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
