Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake filling and crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar (if using) until well combined. Layer the mixture in the bottom of serving glasses.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer in the glasses.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes
