- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar (if using) until well combined. Layer the mixture in the bottom of serving glasses.
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer in the glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added appeal, garnish with lime slices or a dollop of whipped cream. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
