Instructions

- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers and cook until softened.
- Mix in the riced cauliflower and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
