- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large mozzarella cheese slices
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add the diced green bell pepper and chopped onion, cooking until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
- Lay out the mozzarella cheese slices on a flat surface.
- Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto each slice and roll them up tightly.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
