Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large mozzarella cheese slices

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add the diced green bell pepper and chopped onion, cooking until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
  4. Lay out the mozzarella cheese slices on a flat surface.
  5. Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto each slice and roll them up tightly.
  6. Place the roll-ups seam side down in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
