- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-120 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
