A healthy, delicious snack made from fresh zucchinis, coated in garlic and Parmesan cheese, baked to crispy perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-120 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
