Instructions

- Fold in crushed pineapple until evenly mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and pineapple juice until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cake.
